Kaivan Mangouri
Kaivan Mangouri is a native New Yorker drawn to the desert after witnessing the immense growth of Greater Phoenix during his youth and formative years.
Kaivan is licensed to practice in Arizona and New York. Kaivan has experience in all facets of
personal injury, including
medical malpractice,
uninsured, and
underinsured claims. Kaivan maintains a broad
civil litigation practice, which often involves claims on both sides of the case. In addition to working with
David Sandoval on a range of matters, Kaivan engages with small
business clients in the firm's
transactional practice, occasionally serving as an
outside general counsel to assist clients to avoid pitfalls and mitigate all forms of risk in their
contracts and business dealings.
Kaivan has been practicing law since 2015 and in Arizona since 2016. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication and later obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School. During Law School, Kaivan spent countless hours providing pro bono legal services to underserved populations. That work solidified Kaivan’s commitment to providing client-centered legal representation throughout his career. Kaivan seeks to provide his clients a wide range of practical and cost-effective solutions, and most importantly, his time and attention to their interests and concerns.
