Our two attorneys have over 30 years of combined experience in the practice of law. David Sandoval‘s experience is primarily in
plaintiff work
and construction litigation. Kaivan Mangouri focuses on personal injury
and general civil litigation. Together, we see issues from all sides and perspectives. In this way, we are able to bring big firm expertise to our clients, with a small firm mentality, attitude, and pricing.
David opened Sandoval Law, PLLC in April 2017, in the hopes of being able to provide an even greater level of personal attention, competency, and care to his clients’ needs. As a trial lawyer, David has successfully
litigated and settled small and complex cases in the areas of
personal injury,
wrongful death,
defamation,
commercial litigation,
business contracts,
fraud,
construction litigation, and
landlord-tenant disputes.
Kaivan is licensed to practice in Arizona and New York. Kaivan has experience in all facets of
personal injury, including
medical malpractice,
uninsured, and
underinsured claims. Kaivan maintains a broad
civil litigation practice, which often involves claims on both sides of the case. In addition to working with
David Sandoval on a range of matters, Kaivan engages with small
business clients in the firm's
transactional practice, occasionally serving as an
outside general counsel to assist clients to avoid pitfalls and mitigate all forms of risk in their
contracts and business dealings.
